BI data exports

The SINAI platform supports secure, direct access to your organization's business intelligence (BI) data through read-only Snowflake reader accounts. This feature is designed for customers that want to integrate their GHG data into existing analytics workflows, dashboards, or external BI tools but do not have their own internal Snowflake deployments.

Overview

As part of our enterprise-grade data accessibility options, SINAI provides read-only snapshots of customer datasets stored in our data warehouse. These snapshots are made accessible through dedicated reader accounts, which allow authorized users to query their organization's data directly using SQL or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

How It Works

Provisioning a Reader Account

Upon request, our Integration team creates a secure, isolated reader account specific to your organization.
This account is scoped to your organization’s data and granted read-only permissions.

Data Snapshot

Your data is exposed via curated schemas that reflect the current state of your organization’s datasets.
These snapshots are refreshed periodically to ensure access to the most up-to-date information.

Connection Details

You receive credentials and connection details (host, username, password, warehouse, etc.) to plug into your preferred BI tools or query engines.
Standard JDBC/ODBC drivers can be used, or connectors within major analytics platforms.

Access Controls

The account is strictly read-only, with no ability to write, modify, or delete data.
Access can be revoked or rotated upon request.
